While only charging $60 per drain cleaning - it's roughly 3x (if not more) under the price that companies like Roto-Rooter and Bonney Plumbing!
There are many differences between how we treat our customers and how bigger companies treat theirs. But at the core - it's just better to remember that They have to pay for the tv advertisements, the multiple insurance coverages, for multiple trucks and gigantic payroll.
In our company it's just us. My wife and I. Occasionally one of my brothers as well. He's training for this job.
